A 60,000-square-foot office structure poised to rise near the corner of 132nd and Pacific Streets this spring will offer under-building parking and a third-floor deck with a view of water fountains at the entrance to the Sterling Ridge development.

That multi-tenant building is being designed by Holland Basham Architects of Omaha, which also designed the building to the west that in May is to be done and ready for Millard Refrigerated Services to move in.

Chip James of Lockwood Development said he will have announcements soon about a few occupants of the multi-tenant building.

The headquarters of Millard Refrigerated Services is to be the first building to open on the 150-acre campus that is to be built out over the next five to 10 years. The former Ironwood Country Club land also will be home to retail space, a tri-faith center, residential housing and more.
