Sterling Ridge will develop over 800,000 square feet of Class ‘A’ multi-tenant and single user office buildings. Millard Refrigerated Services led the way with an 80,000-square foot single-tenant corporate headquarters building, which was completed in 2013. The development’s second 60,000-square foot office building was completed in August of 2014.
