STERLING RIDGE SITE PLAN

Sterling Ridge is a 150-acre mixed-use development in the heart of Omaha, Nebraska. Located on the southeast corner of 132nd and Pacific Street, the site will consist of over 800,000 square feet of Class ‘A’ office space. The site is also be home to over 60,000 square feet of retail centers, restaurants, an assisted living facility, single-family homes, and the Tri-Faith Initiative.

Sterling Ridge is exquisitely landscaped with walking trails, water features, sculptures, and an abundance of flower and plant materials. In addition, more than 2,000 trees have been added to compliment the beautiful creek that currently flows through the property.
