Lots of progress is happening out at Sterling Ridge!
RBC, Sterling Ridge’s second tenant, has now moved in to their new office space. They are located on the third floor of the second office building at Sterling Ridge – directly across from Millard Refrigerated Services’ office building. We are excited for this new addition to the development! Build-outs are in the final stages for the remaining tenants that will occupy Sterling Ridge’s second office building. Advanced Dermatology, Silverleaf Financial and Lockwood Development will all move in by the end of 2014.
Pacific Street retail is also making some incredible progress. Exterior of the buildings and outdoor patio area is near completion. We look forward to some great dining and shopping within walking distance to the business park!
